A small delegation of EKAF supporters were down at the Balcombe Camp on Friday 2nd August to show solidarity with the local villagers and other colleagues from anti-fracking groups at the camp.
A very good natured and inspirational camp. What is striking is the beauty of the countryside where Cuadrilla's site is and its proximity to the village, the main-line railway and massive Ardingly reservoir.
It is clear from talking to the local villagers and even the local police they don't want this to happen here or at any other community.
Good to see other colleagues from Kent there.
The camp continues for another six weeks so try to get down there. If to make it please remember to take some supplies for the camp and a Chair!
